Navii Inc. ("Navii", "we", "us") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase of Navii full access, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date - no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we'll help you. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is completed, full access is removed and Sections 3-13 are locked again. Your account and the work you saved in Sections 1-2 remain available.
