Terms of Service

Last updated: May 15, 2026

By using Navii you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable, not to hide anything. If something doesn't make sense to you, email us and we'll explain.

What Navii is, and what it isn't

Navii is a care navigation service. We help you identify what level of mental health care fits your situation and connect you to vetted providers in our network. We are not a medical practice, we do not diagnose, and we do not provide treatment. Anything you read on this site is general information, not medical advice.

Not a crisis service

Navii is not a crisis service. We do not monitor submissions in real time. If you are in immediate danger, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Navii directly. Parents or other family members can complete an assessment on behalf of an adult or minor loved one.

Provider relationships

Providers in the Navii network are independent. They are responsible for their own clinical judgment, scheduling, billing, and care. Navii's role ends at the introduction. You are free to accept or decline any match without obligation.

Emerging and federally restricted treatments

Some treatments described on this site, including MDMA, psilocybin, ayahuasca, ibogaine, and mescaline, are Schedule I substances under US federal law. Information about these treatments is provided for educational purposes only and is not an endorsement, recommendation, or instruction to obtain or use them illegally. Navii does not refer patients to, accept payment from, or facilitate access to any provider operating outside of applicable law. Where Navii makes referrals involving these treatments, those referrals are limited to FDA-registered clinical trials, state-licensed service centers (such as psilocybin services in Oregon and Colorado), federally recognized religious frameworks, or licensed clinics operating in international jurisdictions where the treatment is legally permitted. Ketamine, where referenced, is a Schedule III medication legally prescribed by licensed clinicians.

Cost

Navii is free for patients. Providers in our network pay a flat subscription to be part of the network. Patients are never charged for using Navii and there are no per-match or per-referral fees.

Acceptable use

Don't submit assessments for people who haven't asked you to. Don't try to extract data from the site or its providers. Don't use Navii to harass or impersonate anyone.

Disclaimer and limits

The site is provided as-is. We do our best to vet providers, but we cannot guarantee any particular clinical outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navii's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site is limited to direct damages and capped at fees you've paid us, which for patients is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
