A trauma intensive is a compressed, multi-day deep-dive therapeutic experience designed to process trauma in a shorter time than weekly therapy allows. A typical trauma intensive runs three to five consecutive days with a specialist therapist and can produce results equivalent to months of weekly sessions.

Trauma intensives are particularly effective for complex trauma, PTSD, early childhood trauma, and people who have limited time or live in areas without easy access to trauma specialists. They are typically conducted one-on-one with a licensed therapist trained in evidence-based trauma modalities including EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, and AEDP.

Who it's for

People who have experienced trauma and want to make rapid, deep progress. Those who have found weekly therapy too slow or limited. Individuals who can commit to a focused period of intensive work.
